このプログラムは、2021年3月31日で終了いたします。

キャリア支援部門では平成27年度よりイノベーション創出若手人材養成プログラムを開始しました。
本プログラムでは，博士後期課程学生およびポストドクター（博士号を取得した研究者）が，自身の専門分野以外に，地域産業界などの実社会のニーズを踏まえた発想や，国際的で幅広い視野を身につけることを目的としています。

The Career Formation Support Division (CFSD) started the "Young Researchers Education Program for Innovation (hereinafter the "Program") from April 2015.
The aim of this program is that students in doctoral course or postdoctoral researchers acquire the ideas according to the needs of the real worlds such as local industries and gain the global and wide range of view.

博士号取得者（ドクター）の産業界進出を支援
企業等におけるニーズに合わせて自身の専門性を発揮するための道筋を示します
To show the way to demonstrate PhD's expertise according to the needs of the companies etc.
地域産業界との連携
岐阜・愛知を始めとする地域の産業界に対して，その特色を活かした連携を進めます
To encourage cooperation with local industries, such as in Gifu or Aichi area.

プログラムの内容／Contents of the Program

イノベーションスキル・プログラム（座学）と学外研修プログラムから構成されます。

This Program consists of two programs, the "Innovation Skill Program (classroom lectures)" and the "Internship Program".

  • 新着情報（キャリア教育部会（旧キャリア支援部門））
  • 2020年度高度人材育成セミナーについて、5月27日予定のTDSE・木幡氏のセミナーは、7月29日に延期と致します。6月17日、24日のセミナーはハイブリッド型の遠隔セミナーとして実施しました。7月15日、22日、29日（木幡氏）のセミナーは受講生のリモート参加もできる形で行いますので参加希望者は早めにお知らせください（career@gifu-u.ac.jp 宛て）。（７月2日更新）
  • 2020年度イノベーション創出若手人材養成プログラム募集要項（聴講生用）はPDF版をこちらからダウンロードできます。
  • 2020年度ビジネス英語の授業は、2回目以降は9月～12月の後学期に延期します（COVID-19感染拡大防止のため）。2回目は9月16日（水）午後1時から連合大学院棟２階控室にて開始します。１回目は5月１2日の予定でしたが9月16日に延期します。教科書配布なども9月16日以降になります。また、5月12日にはMario先生を交えてオンラインで顔合わせを行います（ZOOM利用）、12日午前中のメールで招待をご案内します（5月1日更新）
  • 2020年度アイディア・トレーニング・キャンプは、5月20，21，22日の予定でしたが、8月5、６，７日の3日間に延期します。ただし、そのガイダンスは、5月13日午前11時からオンラインで行います（TEAMSテレビ会議システム利用；受講者に個別に方法などメールで連絡します）。（4月27日更新）

(A) 2020年度　イノベーションスキル・プログラム／Innovation Skill Program

●高度人材育成セミナー　（全10コマ、通年）/ Advanced Human Resource Development (AHRD) Seminar (10 seminars)
(2019年度まで開講していたエンライトメント・レクチャー（全8回，前学期）は中止になり、2020年度以降は高度人材育成セミナーに代わります）博士課程と修士課程の学生が対象です。このAHRD-Sと、名古屋大学の「B人セミナー」から合計8コマ以上聴講した場合、所属研究科の単位として認められる場合がありますので、各研究科大学院係（or学務係等）にお問い合わせください。

多方面にわたる企業の実績あるリーダーを講師として招き，企業の研究開発動向の紹介・人材育成状況の紹介・ビジネスマネジメントの能力を養成します。概要は以下のとおりです。
Lectures by the proven leaders in various fields of companies etc. This lecture aims to foster the abilities in research and development or the management of research in companies. Outline of this lecture is;

  • 半分ぐらいのビデオには日本語と英語の字幕を付けています。本学の大学院生・留学生でこの講義のビデオを見たい方は（あるいは再度聴きたい方）、career@gifu-u.ac.jp 宛てにメールで連絡をください。マイクロSDカードにMP4ファイルと字幕ファイルと一緒に保存していますので、カードをお貸しした後ご自分のパソコンにコピーして頂きます。（ビデオ画面の例）/ All lectures of this year are saved in the video. For graduate students and international students of our university who want to see the video of this lecture (or want to listen again) please contact us via email at career@gifu-u.ac.jp. ●ビジネス英語（全15回，前学期）／Business English (BE, 15 classes, the first semester)
ネイティブによる講義・演習を通して，英語によるプレゼンテーション能力を修得します
This lecture aims to promote abilities in the presentation in English through the lectures and practices by the native.
This year, we will start the class on 5/12/2020 (in a room at 2nd floor of UGSAS Building).
From the 2nd class, it will be postponed to September ~ December. 2回目以降は、9月～12月に延期します（２回目は９月１６日になる予定です）。1回目は4月14日の予定でしたが３日に発令された全館封鎖期間に入りますので、当面は延期して５月１２日に１回目のイントロミーティングの予定です。5/12 Online Meeting (ZOOM meeting) was finished (5/12). The class will be held in Sept. 16.
●アイデア・トレーニング・キャンプ（集中講義）／Idea Training Camp (Seminar in May)
異分野の参加者間の集中議論を通じ，課題発掘・解決能力を養成します
This camp aims to cultivate the ability to find and solve the problem through group discussion among students in different research fields.　Guidance　5/13 (Online), Camp will be postponed to Aug. 5, 6, 7, 2020.

(B) 学外研修プログラム（インターンシップ，１～3ヶ月程度）令和3年度以降の学外研修の実施は各研究科で行われます。イノベ・プログラムの長期インターンシップ事業は中止となります。

／Internship Program (１ - 3 months)

国内企業にて企業における研究開発の実践的手法を修得します。具体的には，企業の研究開発グループとの情報交換・連携により，自分の専門性を活かした研究を行います。
当部門では原則として国内の研修先の仲介を行います。プログラム研修生が主体的に研修先を選定する場合は，海外（企業・大学）での研修を認めます。長期インターンシップの研修生を支援することができます。（実施要項） New

In this program, students master the pragmatic method on research and development at the company in Japan. Students do research according to their specialty in cooperation with the R&D group of the company.
As a rule, CFSD coordinates the internship in Japan. If students arrange their internship by themselves, they can go to the company or the university overseas.

プログラムの対象者／Intended students

博士後期課程在籍者（1～3年）およびポストドクターの方が受講できます。

Students in doctoral course (1st to 3rd grade) or postdoctoral researchers can join the Program.

※イノベーションスキル・プログラムは国費留学生・社会人も受講できます。

The government-sponsored foreign students or adult graduate students can also join Innovation Skill Program.

※学外研修プログラム（インターンシップ）の対象者は以下のとおりです。

Students who can join Internship Program are as indicated below;

  • 博士後期課程在籍者（1～3年）：社会人および国費留学生は除きます
    Students in doctoral course (1st to 3rd grade) EXCEPT the government-sponsored foreign students or adult graduate students.
  • ポストドクター：博士学位取得5年以内，民間企業で常勤職に就いたことがない者
    Postdoctoral researchers within 5 years since they got PhDs EXCEPT who worked at companies before.

履修登録について／About registration

(A) イノベーションスキル・プログラム／Innovation Skill Program

  • どれでも自由に履修登録できます （配布された、あるいはキャリアセンターに置いてある履修申請書をお使いください）
    You can register any of three lectures. The application form is usually in the career center.
  • 指導教員の許可を得た上で登録してください
    Before you register, you need a permit of your supervisor.
  • 一度登録すれば，所属する研究科を修了または退学するまで有効です
    Once you register, you can attend a class till you graduate or quit the department you belong to.

(B) 学外研修プログラム（インターンシップ）／Internship Program

  • 2019年度の長期インターンシップの経験（工学研究科D2、物質・材料研究機構（つくば市）にて）は、19年度ニュースレターからご覧ください。ここからダウンロードしてください。
  • 事前に応募が必要です。書類選考および面接の結果，参加が適当と認められた場合にのみ履修できます。
    Your application is needed. If your application is successful and following the initial interview stage you are deemed suitable for the Internship Program, then you will be able to attend it.
  • 博士後期課程在籍者の場合，イノベーションスキル・プログラムを受講していることが必須です。
    （学外研修プログラムのみ受講することはできません）
    The students in doctoral course who are going to join Internship Program MUST ATTEND the Innovation Skill Program. To attend the Internship Program alone is NOT allowed.
  • 国内の企業でインターンシップを実施しますので，日本語能力は必須です。日本語能力試験N2レベル以上が目安です。
    As a rule, CFSD conduct the Internship Program in Japanese companies, so your Japanese language proficiency is essential. The level N2 of Japanese Language Aptitude Test is needed as a guide.
  • ポストドクターは学外研修プログラムのみでも参加できます
    The postdoctoral researchers can attend the Internship Program alone. You do not need to attend the Innovation Skill Program before you attend Internship Program.

※ 研修生で、全科目（４単位以上）を履修するとプログラム修了証を授与します。研修生で学外研修プログラムに参加できなかった場合は最終的に以下の聴講生扱いになりますので、修了証取得を希望する場合は申し出てください。

※ 聴講生で、スキルプログラム（講義）から3単位修得で「修了証（講義）」を、またセミナーを合計8コマ以上受講した場合「修了証（セミナー）」を、さらに講義とセミナーを修了し企業との交流会に参加発表した場合は「修了証（総合）」を、授与します。

＊所属研究科の大学院係（学務担当係）にお問い合わせください。8コマ以上セミナーを受講した場合セミナーの単位として1単位を取得できる資格を得たものと認めます（エンライトメント・レクチャーの時と同様）。

We issue the Program completion certificates if you finish the whole Program (over 4 credits).

We issue the Lecture completion certificates (three types) if you got 3 credits or more of the Innovation Skill Program.
